Part 2 : 

4 diet consults: Weekly Diet follow up consult Every Monday - zoom / in person call

Part 3: 

- 30 daily meal plans will be emailed to you the previous day. 

- Whatsapp support group will be formed with junior dietician 

- All Instructions, zoom links, will be sent via email 

- This is a 30 day package. You can send us 1 email update per day.

- Package cost : INR 75,000 + 18% GST

- Medicines: You can source medicines online / nearest ayurvedic pharmacy / directly from the manufacturer. Choose Brands like Vaidyaratnam, Arya Vaidyasala (Kotakkal), Sitaram, Nagarjuna, Doothappeshwar, Sitaram.. 

- No Refund. The package cannot be cancelled after payment is made and meal plans are sent. 

- No Rescheduling to a later date. The package must be utilised within the given time frame. 

- No Transfer / exchange. The package cannot be transferred to another person in the family or outside and the package cannot be bartered / used for other services.

- ⁠This package does not include panchakarma treatments that may be advised, which can be done only in Prana healthcare centre, in Mumbai. Charges will be applicable.

Following this diagnostic process, we formulate a step by step personalised treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s diet, lifestyle, activity and seasonal effects.
