Drs Consult & Diet is a 2-Part consult.

  • Part 1: Consultation with Dr Vinodini Nair / Dr Namita Shirodkar for diagnosis and medication.
  • Part 2: With Ms Dimple Jangda for diet.
All Instructions, zoom links, address will be sent via email after booking. No Refund, No Exchange, No Rescheduling. This is a one time consult. You can send max 2 emails within 14 days of consult. Mumbai Patients: can select in person consultation at Prana, based on time slots selected.Outside Mumbai patients: will receive Zoom link in the welcome email after booking.

Medicines: You can source medicines online / nearest ayurvedic pharmacy / directly from the manufacturer. Choose Brands like Vaidyaratnam, Arya Vaidyasala (Kotakkal), Sitaram, Nagarjuna, Doothappeshwar, Sitaram.

We at Prana Healthcare Centre believe diseases need to be understood and treated with a multidimensional approach. Eliminating diseases/illnesses at the origin/ grass-root level is our operating methodology.

The centre has to date treated over 4500+ patients from 46 countries for chronic diseases like gynaecological, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, bronchial, neurological, pshycosonati, gut health and digestion, skin disorders, weight loss and others. Prana has introduced Ayurveda to 10,500+ students from over 64 countries and conducted over 300+ workshops for 85,000 participants around the world.

Our patients are examined thoroughly to determine their basic Prakriti (constitution). The Agni (metabolism) is then identified which further aids in diagnosing the correct ailment. Following this diagnostic process, we formulate a step by step personalised treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s diet, lifestyle, activity and seasonal effects.

  1. Prana Healthcare Centre provides Ayurvedic consultations and lifestyle modifications only. We do not handle medical emergencies or acute conditions requiring immediate medical attention.
  2. Please note: It is the patient's responsibility to convert it to their local times and show up for consultation on time. If the patient does not show up on time / or shows up at the wrong time slot, our team will strictly Not be held responsible.
  3. All consultation charges are Non Refundable once the appointment is confirmed with the Professional Healthcare Expert, regardless of attendance or treatment outcomes.
  4. The consultation charges include one session with our Ayurvedic physician and only one followup email for doctors consult, and two follow-up email for drs+diet consult through email exchanges only. Any additional consultations or email exchanges will be charged separately.
  5. Each consultation session with our Healthcare Expert is scheduled for 25-30 minutes duration. Prana Healthcare Centre reserves the right to charge additional fees for any time extension requested or used by the patient beyond the scheduled duration. If you have booked diet consult, please ensure to read the instructions before joining the zoom link.
  6. Treatment duration, protocols, and outcomes are subject to individual body constitution (prakriti) and response to the treatment. Results may vary among individuals. Treatment outcomes are entirely dependent on the patient's strict adherence to the prescribed consultation advice, dietary modifications, and lifestyle changes.
  7. Prescribed Ayurvedic medicines, dietary modifications, and lifestyle changes must be followed strictly as advised. Any deviation may affect the treatment outcome and Prana cannot be held responsible for it.
  8. Prana Healthcare Centre and its practitioners shall not be liable for any adverse effects resulting from:
    • Improper administration of prescribed medicines
    • Non-adherence to dietary and lifestyle recommendations
    • Failure to report adverse reactions
    • Withholding relevant medical history or ongoing medications
  9. Clients must disclose all current medications, health conditions, and allergies by email, before starting treatment.
  10. Treatment plans may be modified based on the client's progress and response, without prior notice, as per the practitioner's professional judgment.
  11. All consultations are conducted online or in person at our Mumbai clinic. Prana Healthcare Centre is not responsible for any technical issues affecting the quality of consultation.
  12. For diet consult - allow the Health Coach to explain the complete diet plan, ask queries towards the end.
  13. The Health coach has already received your symptoms & diagnosis from the Dr, avoid explaining your symptoms again, share your food allergies in the beginning.
  14. Consult will be for a maximum of 30 minutes after which zoom link will end automatically.
  15. Only whole food plant based diet will be advised as mentioned on the website to support recovery.
  16. Diet and ingredient chart will be shared by email after consult. No need to take notes.
  17. Post consult, all queries to be sent ONLY by email, maximum of 2 emails within 14 days per consult.
