Now, number one, you have to understand what the appendix is.

It's a small tube that is responsible for getting rid of toxic material

from our body, which is literally at the end of the cecum, just above the colon.

It also contains essential bacteria that our body depends on after the use of antibiotics, so that we can use these bacteria to rebuild our gut flora.

Now, this is what you can do to prevent appendix issues.

Number one, stop consuming refined foods like wheat and refined flour.

Any of these foods, packaged and processed foods, can lead to inflammation of the appendix.

Intestinal parasites can also lead to inflammation of the appendix.

You can have cucumber seeds, papaya seeds, and garlic in your diet.

Number three is the toxic accumulation of waste and frequent constipation issues.

This can also lead to inflammation in the appendix.

This is what you can do.

Day one, go on a water fast. Consume only water for twenty-four hours.

Give a complete rest to your digestive system. This helps in reducing inflammation.

Day two, consume juices of carrot, beet root, and cucumber every two hours.

Carrot and beetroot help in detoxifying the liver, and cucumber juice helps in cleansing the kidneys.

Day three, start consuming soups made from leafy green vegetables like spinach, celery, cilantro, kale, curry leaves, moringa, and spirulina.

This helps in building up the iron levels in your body, hemoglobin, and also your immunity.

You can also do hot fermentation, take castor oil, apply it to your lower abdomen, especially on the right side, massage it well, and then place a hot water bag.

This helps in reducing inflammation of the appendix and the lower abdomen.

It also helps in pushing waste from the cecum into the colon so that you don't have constipation, which is one of the main triggers for appendicitis.

And you can also have tea made from fenugreek seeds.

This helps in cleansing mucus from the appendix and reducing inflammatory conditions.
