Did you know - for every deficiency there's a natural supplement

You know, for every deficiency in your body, there's a natural supplement that Mother Nature has.

I'm not a big fan of supplements unless it's an acute condition and an emergency.

Because unless you improve your digestive fire, you cannot absorb and assimilate nutrients from supplements made in a laboratory.

You need natural supplements that aid digestion, that have fiber, that's more wholesome, and have side benefits:

(Before we start, we encourage watching below quick video directly)

Now for example, with vitamin C and B deficiency, you might bruise a lot.

So you need a lot of yellow and orange foods.

For example, oranges, lemons, lime, tangerines, mango, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, good sources of vitamin B.

If you have a lot of hair loss, it's because you're deficient in iron and folic acid.

Now, when you think of iron, all your green colored fruits come here.

Spinach, cilantro, curry leaves, Moringa, spirulina, wheatgrass, and lentils, good sources of vitamin B as well as folic acid.

Now, a cold and cough, that means you're having a lot of deficiency of vitamin C and B12.

Your immunity is weak.

You need berries, cranberries, raspberries, blueberries, all your red and blue.

They have anthocyanins.

You can also have broccoli.

All the greens also come here.

Constipation symptoms occur because you don't have enough fiber in your diet.

Obviously, you need to increase your intake of leafy greens. I prefer them cooked, boiled, blanched, steamed, sauteed rather than raw to prevent bloating from the leafy greens. Have chia and sabja.

They also help in clearing constipation.

If you have zinc and B3 deficiency, you'll notice diarrhea symptoms.

You need something to bind your stools.

You will get that from banana, jackfruit, and raw apple as well.

If you have an iodine deficiency, it might lead to hypothyroid health issues.

You need iodized salt.

Also, increase your intake of strawberries and Brazil nuts.

This is a great way of getting your iodine up.

Also, your seaweed, like nori, kelp, all of these are good sources of iodine, which they bring from the ocean.

Remember, sea salt and seaweed come from the same sources.

They have iodine from the ocean.

If you're deficient in potassium, you'll have a lot of muscle cramps when you're playing sports.

You need to improve your hydration and salt intake to retain moisture in your body, and also have a banana and a whole avocado.

You'll notice that you don't have muscle cramps and pain sensitivity so much.

These are your natural supplements in the foods available in your kitchen.

Here's to healthy living and a healthy you.
