The one tea recipe for gut, digestion, inflammation & weight loss

I'm gonna take one teaspoon of cumin seed.


This helps in fighting cancer, it has antioxidant benefits. It has carminative properties.

It helps in improving digestion, reducing cholesterol, and improving cognitive health as well.

Then we have fennel seeds.


This helps in relaxing your GI tract. It also improves mental alertness.

That's why we have one teaspoon of this post-lunch. Now, this is great if you have IBS symptoms as well. Then we have coriander seeds.

This helps in reducing inflammation in the body, especially for women who are struggling with urinary tract infections.

You must have coriander seeds. It also helps reduce cholesterol. We have carom seeds.

Now this is bitter.


It helps in de-worming the body.


So we are just gonna add one small pinch of it.


This can also help in regulating your cholesterol levels and improving weight loss.

And we're gonna add one cardamom to it.


Cardamom has many health benefits.

It is carminative. It improves your digestion.


It also improves your oral health and prevents bad breath after a meal, which is gonna add all of these ingredients, pour in some hot water, and let this sit for some time on our table.
