Here's what you need to do:
You can have a lot of green mung beans.
It contains good dietary fiber and amino acids, including vitamins A, C, E, K, and the B complex, as well as iron, potassium, and magnesium.
This is a great way to get all your amino acids in. You can also have red lentils.
You have your masoor. You have your toor, which is your pigeon peas.
You also have your channa.
Great way to get your energy up and lose weight.
Adzuki beans, again red, great way to get your weight loss.
Then you have black eyed peas, which control your blood pressure. Pinto beans are also a great way to lose weight.

You can use grounded oil or sesame oil to cook your dals because these are warm. You don't need so much fat.
You can reduce it to half a teaspoon or just one teaspoon. You can also have chili, onion, and garlic in your dals.
